What information do we collect? How do we use it?
When you visit our Web site, our web server automatically recognizes your Internet Protocol (IP) address. Your IP address is non-identifying and is used to compile statistics about traffic to our Web site. In addition, the AGA and NCPGA collect the following identifying information:
When you sign up for the Online Junior Tour Card as an AGA or NCPGA Member, we ask for your E-mail Address, Mailing Address, Daytime Phone Number, Credit Card Number, and Expiration Date. This allows us to process and fulfill your registration and to notify you of your registration status.
The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web site and to customize the content and/or layout of our page for each individual consumer. We may also use the information we collect to occasionally notify you via e-mail about AGA and NCPGA news and other announcements or changes to our site. How do the AGA and NCPGA protect customer information?
When you register as a member or order from our catalog, we offer the use of a secure server. Our secure server software ("SSL") is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. The SSL encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us, including Credit Card Number, Name, and Address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
Will the NCPGA or NCPGA disclose the information it collects to outside parties?
The AGA and NCPGA do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to other organizations. We may compile the information regarding what pages customers access or visit and non-personal information volunteered by the customer and use it for statistical purposes, but these statistics will not provide personal identifying information.
