Golf Rules
The association administers the Rules of Golf as established by the USGA and the Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St. Andrews, Scotland by providing officials at its various competitions and rules advice to member clubs. In the past, the association has conducted rules clinics featuring experts on the rules of golf from the USGA staff. In addition, using a USGA-prepared multimedia presentation, the association has conducted rules seminars for High School Golf Teams as a pre-season exercise. An electronic version of the Decisions on the Rules of Golf is available to member clubs and their members through the computer that runs the GHIN program as well as on NCPGA’s web site.
