FAQs
Question:
Why do we have to enter the Junior Tournaments by the deadline?
Answer:
Adherence to deadlines are important so that we have time to prepare
pairings and tee times for the upcoming events and get them distributed to
the pro shops. Every late entry we accept causes us to delay the production
of the pairings. For that reason, we don’t accept late entries.
Question:
I faxed in my entry to the NCPGA, but I did not receive a tee time.
I faxed it by the deadline.
Answer:
Only mailed entries are accepted. Faxes are not. Entries must be
mailed to NCPGA, 199 Gettysberg Estates, Sunbury, PA 17801. Entries
mailed to any other address will not be processed and neither will
entries hand delivered to 425 South 21st Street in Lewisburg. Those
entries will be rejected and mailed back.
Question:
Is it too late to enter junior tournaments if I havent registered
yet?
Answer:
No. The registration process and entry process are now the same.
Each tournament has an entry deadline which is the Wednesday preceding
the tournament. That is the day by which your entry must be received
at 199 Gettysberg Estates, Sunbury, PA 17801. Entries sent
to any other address will be rejected. Check the Web site for the
tournament dates and entry deadlines. You can print out a registration
form for mailing while you are online.
